Avoid mistakes and get the leads you want first time with integrated Job reviews and audit trails
As you’re probably aware, in an effort to help you set up campaigns quickly and accurately we’ve been rolling out a number of updates including:
- Campaign templates (for your users to quickly base new campaigns on)
- Guidance notes (easily accessible advice on how to create a campaign based on the chosen template)
- Locked Jobs (preventing users making changes to critical processes)
We’re now supplementing this with Review Job functionality that makes users aware of Jobs that should be reviewed and updated once a campaign has been created from a template.
How it Works
It is very simple to use…
As an Admin or Super User, you can edit campaign templates and identify the Jobs that you want users to review when they create campaigns from this template.
As an Agency user, when you create a campaign from that template, those Jobs needing reviewing simply get carried across (in much the same way as Locked Jobs – but in this case not only can you edit them, but you should edit them and acknowledge that you have done so).
How it Helps
Have you ever had a situation where a campaign has been created by duplicating a template, but then the users forgets to update some of the Job configurations and this results in leads that don’t match your campaign rules being delivered? This then results in not only having to correct your campaign configuration, but also fix all of the leads that were mistakenly delivered.
These errors can be avoided by:
- Identifying Jobs on your campaign that should be reviewed
- Highlighting to users that there are outstanding Jobs to be reviewed on a campaign
- Requiring users to acknowledge they’ve reviewed those Jobs
- Being able to see which Jobs are reviewed and outstanding
- Having an audit trail of who did what and when
