Protect critical processes to avoid errors and compliance risk
We recently introduced Campaign Templates and Guidance Notes to make it quicker and easier for your users to create a new campaign that is in accordance with your standard operating procedures. We’ve now enhanced this further by enabling Admins and Super Users to Lock Jobs on campaign templates. This prevents these critical processes from being changed or removed when a campaign is created from that template.
There are three key benefits to this:
- Reduction in accidental errors (resulting in better campaign outcomes)
- Saved time and resources (due to no longer needing to fix the aforementioned errors)
- Reduction in compliance risk (by ensuring critical processes are enforced)
Because Locked Jobs cannot be changed, the possibility of users accidentally altering vital configurations is removed. Likewise, they’re also unable to delete these Jobs (e.g. suppression list checks) from your campaign and that means those elements of compliance risk are also eliminated.
Together, these updates are all designed to help you deliver VALID leads quickly, efficiently, accurately and securely. We’re going to continue building on this goal for you…
We know that some campaign rules need to be changed on each campaign and so our next enhancement will be to allow Admins and Super Users to mark Jobs as requiring a check. When a user creates a campaign from a template, these Jobs will be highlighted as requiring special attention to ensure that they’re not accidentally overlooked. This helps prevent incomplete setup and the associated wasted time and effort having to deal with incorrect leads.
Keep on eye out for our monthly newsletter and in-platform release announcements to be informed when Check Jobs become available. In the meantime…
