Access even more lead processing options by connecting your Convertr platform to in-house and other third party systems with the Universal Connector
With over 80 Processr Jobs to choose from, Convertr has you covered for pretty much every lead processing eventuality. However, maybe there’s more you want to do? For example, would you like to be able to:
- Append intent data to your lead before delivery
- Add enrichment data from your provider of choice
- Check the lead against a TAL or suppression list that is updated live in another system
- Use your own preferred email validation provider
The Universal Connector has been designed to cater for these and similar use cases. As each lead is processed, the Universal Connector can ‘talk’ to these third party systems (so long as they have a RESTful API we can connect to). In principle the process works as follows:
- Convertr passes at least one identifier (e.g. email address) to the third-party system
- The third-party system looks up the lead and returns a response
- The response data is stored in Convertr against the lead record
- Processing decisions (campaign rules) can be made according to the response
- Data from the response can be delivered as part of the lead record
