Precisely control user actions and access to data
We know that if you’re responsible for the data in your system, users being able to access configurations that they shouldn’t touch or having the ability to delete data they shouldn’t, can keep you awake at night worrying about the consequences.
The first thing we’ve done to help is introduce a brand new Super User role. This is very similar to an Admin, but they cannot access the Enterprise or System Categories areas of the platform. They do still have the necessary access to all data (without masking). With this new role, you’re no longer forced to choose between providing more access than you’d like or providing limited access, but then having to perform certain actions on their behalf (thus increasing your own workload).
To provide you with even more control, we’ve also introduced configurable permissions for Super Users and Agency Users. These configurable permissions can be applied on a user-by-user basis and allow you to turn on/off:
- Form Management –
Prevents users creating, archiving, deleting and editing forms (they can still associate forms with campaigns)
- Delete Actions –
Prevents users from deleting Leads, Campaigns, Publishers and Advertisers*
- User Management –
Prevents them from deleting, editing and creating new users with access to the platform
- Processr Access –
Prevents the user from accessing the Processr page
*Note that Agency Users cannot delete Advertisers even if they are granted Delete permissions.
